We’re so happy that you can join us! Below are the main details to help you get where you need to be at the right time.

Day guests: The ceremony will take place at Henley Town Hall at 13:00, with doors open from 12:15.

Evening guests: Please arrive from 18:00 at The Bull on Bell Street, where the evening celebrations will begin.

Arrival
12:00 - 12:15
Please arrive at Henley Town Hall between 12:10 and 12:15. We'd like everyone seated by 12:45 so that things can run smoothly. If you're early, there are plenty of cafés and pubs on the high street to pass the time.
Ceremony
13:00 - 13:30
Please make sure you are seated by 12:30, ready for the ceremony to begin at 13:00.
Welcome Drinks
13:45
After the ceremony, guests will be guided to The Bull on Bell Street for the reception. Our groomsmen and bridesmaids will be on hand to lead the way, and a welcome drink will be served upon arrival to begin the celebrations.
Food
15:00
The buffet will be open from 15:00 — but be quick before Jimmy eats it all!
Speeches
16:30
Following the conclusion of the meal and once guests are comfortably seated, the speeches will commence.
Band
19:45
Cherry Heat will be bringing the funk and soul — so dust off your dancing shoes and prepare to show us your best moves! They’ll be playing three sets throughout the night until 22:00, giving you plenty of breaks to catch your breath.
Evening Food
20:30
Evening food will be served — pizza’s on the menu!
DJ
22:00
To see the night out, Cherry Heat will be DJing until close.
Last Orders
23:30
For those still going strong, last orders will be at 23:30, and the venue closes promptly at midnight. Do check the transport and hotels pages for help getting home or finding a place to rest your head.
